How much does the hotel invest to have the laundry?
No financial investment. The hotel only needs to provide a space that meets the installation requirements.
What does the hotel need to provide for installation?
A space with power, water and drainage connections; room for the stacked machines and a counter for baskets and folding clothes; and space for the dryer exhaust.
Does the laundry affect housekeeping?
No. Guests wash and dry their own clothes, and the hotel's in-house laundry stays dedicated to its linen.
How long does it take to wash and dry clothes?
Less than 90 minutes to wash and dry.
Is the laundry open 24 hours?
Yes. It is open 24 hours a day, inside the hotel premises.
Who can use the laundry?
Guests of the hotel where the laundry is installed.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Payment and machine start are done via a QR code on the machine and on the table display in each room, and work on any smartphone.
What payment methods are accepted?
Guests top up a digital balance with Pix or a credit or debit card and pay only for the cycles they use. The credit is charged automatically.
Can I check if a machine is free and book it?
Yes. On the website, guests can see available machines and book a time, with a 7-minute grace period that can be adjusted according to demand. The customer area is being prepared.
